Automatic biological fermentation system

一、缶体パラメータ：（ユーザーのニーズに応じて設計可能）

缶体の規格は50 L-5000 Lの全シリーズで、ユーザーのニーズに合わせて設計製造することができる。

①構造：縦型、上平蓋、下楕円封頭、標準ジャケット付き、平葉ディスクタービン攪拌装置付き、

②材質：接触薬液部位は316 L、残りは304。

③設計圧力：内筒0.25 Mpa、ジャケット0.33 Mpa。

④粗さ：内表面機械研磨Ra≦0.35、外表面上下ヘッダー鏡面研磨、直筒体サンドブラスト処理。

⑤缶体付属品の配置：（ユーザーのニーズに応じて設計可能）：PH、DO測定器、クリーンクリーニングボール、硬質合金+炭化ケイ素機械密封、100%漏れなし、攪拌減速機その他のプロセス（サンプリングポート、フィードポート、フィードポート吸気、SIP、CIPポートなどを含む）。

二、全自動制御システム（ユーザーのニーズに応じて設計可能）

1撹拌：DOまたは設定値に基づいて、インバータは速度を自己制御する。

2吸気：流量計自動制御。

3缶圧：調節弁の自己制御。

4 PH：設定値及びPH計に基づいて自己制御し、蠕動ポンプを用いて酸、アルカリを加える。

5消泡：消泡電極の自己制御。

6液位：平板式液位計またはその他の液位計、例えば差圧式など。

7材料補給：蠕動ポンプを用いて材料補給を行い、時間を用いて材料補給量を設定することができる。

8滅菌：手制御。

9培養温度：循環水槽の自己制御温度を用い、温度範囲：30〜40℃0.5℃。

10制御方式：すべてコンピュータ自動制御を採用し、制御ソフトウェアはFPC 2000システムである。

(3) Design pressure: Steel-flue 0.25Mpa, clip set 0.33Mpa.

(4) Roughness: The inside surface of mechanical polishing Ra acuities 0.35, outside surface fluctuation sealing head straight cylinder mirror polishing, sandblasting inferior smooth processing.

(5) Tanks annex configuration: (Can be based on user demand design) : PH, blinding detector, Clean cleaning ball, Hard alloy + silicon carbide mechanical seal, 100% without leakage, mixing reducer, other process (Including sampling mouth, charging mouth, discharging mouth intake, SIP, CIP mouth, etc.).

Second, automatic control system (Can be based on user demand design)

(1) Mixing: According to DO or setting, inverter control speed.

(2) Inlet: Flowmeter automatic control.

(3) Cans of pressure: Regulator self-control.

(4) PH: According to the set value and PH dollars self-control, adopt peristaltic pump plus acid, alkali.

(5) Defoaming: Defoaming electrode self-control.

(6) Level: Plate-type liquidometer or other level gauge, such as the differential pressure, etc..

(7) Fill material: Adopt peristaltic pump filling materials, usable time set fill shoes.

(8) Sterilization: Manual control.

(9) Dhe incubation temperature: Using circulating cistern control temperature, temperature range: 30～40℃±0.5 ℃.

(10) Control mode: Adopt computer automatic control, the control software for FPC2000 system.
